Integration boundaries

Connect the systems that matter—without pretending every connector is live.

MyAIPOS uses provider-neutral adapters and evidence-based status so each practice can expand integrations without hard-coding its operating model to one vendor.

Microsoft 365 practice mailboxes

Validated private deployment

Narrow Exchange Application Mail.Read scope, live unread counts, subscriptions, webhooks, synchronized message rows, and an on-demand protected reader are implemented for the current private deployment.

eFax

Planned adapter

Provider-neutral inbound fax routing is planned. No production eFax connector is active.

Labs

Architecture staged

Provider-neutral order and result adapter interfaces are designed for future closed-loop operation; no production lab connection is active.

Imaging

Architecture staged

Future adapters are designed to support report receipt and secure viewer links; no production imaging connection is active.

E-prescribing

Paused / externally gated

The WENO path remains paused and unavailable for live prescribing. It is not part of the current production capability claim.

Adapter principle

One workflow model, multiple providers.

The goal is a consistent lifecycle—request, transmission, completion, result receipt, matching, notification, follow-up, closure—while provider-specific transport remains behind an adapter boundary.

Before an integration becomes active

  • Contract and compliance evidence is reviewed.
  • Least-privilege credentials and scopes are configured.
  • Failure, unmatched, and reconciliation queues are tested.
  • Authoritative external evidence is verified before a loop can close.

Pilot discussion

Plan an integration path that matches your practice.

Public subscription pricing is not yet published. A pilot discussion can evaluate workflow fit, security boundaries, and implementation scope without collecting patient information.
